EndoliftX® is an Italian laser technology designed to address these concerns through three complementary actions:

WHAT IS IT ?
EndoliftX® is a minimally invasive laser procedure that uses a Micro Optical Fiber—a hair-thin optical fiber inserted beneath the skin—to deliver 1470 nm diode laser energy directly to the targeted area.
Once delivered beneath the skin, the laser energy helps address localized fat in suitable areas, promotes tissue contraction, and stimulates new collagen production.
The treatment can therefore address skin laxity, localized fat, and a poorly defined facial contour without surgery or large incisions.
The laser energy targets subcutaneous fat in areas deemed suitable by the physician, such as the lower cheeks, jowls, and under the chin. This helps reduce localized fullness and create a lighter, more balanced facial appearance.
Heat generated by the 1470 nm laser energy causes the tissue beneath the skin to contract. This can improve firmness, reduce laxity, and create a more defined jawline.
The laser energy stimulates the production and reorganization of collagen. Over the following months, the skin may gradually appear firmer, smoother, and more elastic.
The fine Micro Optical Fiber allows the physician to plan each treatment pathway in detail—determining where fat should be reduced, which areas require greater tightening, and which tissues should be preserved to maintain natural facial balance.

EndoliftX® can be tailored to treat several areas of the face and neck. Before treatment, the physician will assess the patient’s facial structure, fat-layer thickness, skin quality, and degree of laxity to create a personalized treatment plan.

For suitable candidates, the physician may design a treatment plan for the eye area to address laxity and improve skin firmness. Because this is a delicate area, treatment requires a careful medical assessment and specialized technique.
In addition to the face and neck, EndoliftX® may be used to address localized fat or skin laxity in body areas such as the upper arms, abdomen, and thighs. Suitability depends on the patient’s concerns and the physician’s assessment.
Some patients may begin to notice improved firmness or changes in their facial contour due to the tissue’s response and contraction following laser-energy delivery.
However, the initial appearance should not be considered the final result, as swelling may still be present after treatment.

A: A minimum interval of 30 days after the previous procedure is recommended before undergoing EndoliftX®. A consultation with the physician is also required beforehand. The physician will consider the type of previous procedure, the area treated, and the condition of the tissues in that area before determining whether it is appropriate to proceed.
A: Each technology differs in its method of energy delivery and the tissue layers it targets. EndoliftX® uses a Micro Optical Fiber to deliver laser energy directly beneath the skin, allowing the physician to precisely target areas that require lifting and tightening, localized fat reduction, or greater definition of the facial contour. Each technology is suited to different concerns and tissue structures. The physician will assess the individual's condition and recommend the most appropriate treatment approach.
A: Before treatment, local anesthesia is administered to reduce discomfort. During the procedure, patients may experience sensations of pressure, warmth, or tightness beneath the skin. The level of sensation varies depending on the treatment area and each individual's response.
A: Once the local anesthesia wears off, common sensations include tightness, tenderness, or a deeper aching sensation similar to muscle soreness or bruising after exercise. Mild swelling or bruising may also occur. The physician will provide appropriate aftercare instructions and prescribe medication when clinically indicated.
A: For suitable candidates, EndoliftX® can be planned as a single-session treatment. Results continue to develop progressively after the procedure, with more noticeable improvement typically seen over the following 3–6 months as tissue contraction and collagen remodeling continue. The appropriate number of sessions depends on skin quality, the amount of localized fat, and the degree of skin laxity. The physician will assess the treatment response and recommend additional treatment only when necessary.
A: The results of EndoliftX® can last for several years. The duration varies depending on factors such as age, skin condition, changes in body weight, lifestyle habits, and ongoing self-care. Natural aging continues over time, so the skin and underlying tissues will continue to change gradually.
A: Most patients do not require prolonged downtime and can return to their normal daily activities according to the physician's recommendations. Swelling, tightness, tenderness, or bruising may occur during the initial recovery period. It is therefore advisable to schedule the treatment at a time that allows for these temporary post-treatment effects.
A: Yes, EndoliftX® can be used for selected types of acne scars, particularly scars that are tethered by fibrous tissue beneath the skin. The physician can use the fiber to help release these fibrous adhesions while delivering laser energy to the treatment area. Because acne scars vary in type and severity, the physician will assess the characteristics of the scars and determine the most appropriate treatment approach. Additional procedures may also be incorporated into the treatment plan when appropriate.

Tell your doctor about your vitamins, supplements, and current medications. Your doctor may recommend pausing certain products that affect platelets and blood clotting 7–14 days before treatment to help reduce bleeding and bruising.
Do not stop prescribed or regular medication without your doctor's advice.
Avoid direct, intense sunlight for 1–2 weeks before treatment to help reduce the chance of skin irritation.
Avoid facial scrubs, facial masks, facial lasers, and other facial procedures before your appointment.
